Confirmation: your payment reserves your request. We'll confirm your date and time within 1–2 business days. If we can't host your requested slot, we'll work with you to reschedule or refund you in full.
Cancellation: once your date is confirmed, payments are non-refundable — in case of cancellation we'll hold your payment as store credit.
Decorations: the host may arrive 30 minutes early to set up. We do not provide decorations.
Desserts & cake: no outside desserts are permitted, with exceptions only for specialty dietary needs. Guests enjoy the sweets they make in the activity. Cake is not included, but you can order a custom CSB cake at 20% off using the discount code included in your booking confirmation email. The code is valid only for the cake (not the party), only for your party's date and time slot, and the cake must be ordered at least 7 days before the party.
Supervision: at least two adults from your group, including the party host, must remain on-site for the entire event. Children may not be dropped off. Our team hosts the baking activity, but supervision of the children remains the responsibility of the attending adults.
Liability: I am aware of the risks connected with attending this event. I agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the C'est Si Bon Bakery, their officers, agents, or employees. This waiver releases the company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. Guardians of attending children will confirm this waiver at drop-off.
Allergens: Gluten and nuts are used throughout our bakery. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of gluten, nuts, or other allergens, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for allergic reactions. Please note allergies in the booking notes and remind your guests' guardians.
Safety: closed-toed shoes with good grip are recommended, long hair tied back, and please don't attend if recently exposed to or recovering from a cold, flu, or COVID.
