1. Deposits & confirmation A 50% deposit is required to confirm any custom order, and that deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due in full before your order is released. Custom orders need at least 7 days' notice. Nothing is booked until you get a written confirmation from our team. Prices given by this form, our quote tools, or our chatbot are estimates.

2. All sales are final Because our products are perishable, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. Cancellations made 7 or more days before your date may be eligible for partial store credit at our discretion. Inside 7 days, no store credit.

3. Changes to your order All change requests must reach us at least 7 days before your pickup or delivery date. Rush orders carry a surcharge and are never guaranteed.

4. Allergens: tell us in writing, before you're confirmed All allergy information must be given to our team in writing before your order is confirmed. We bake in a shared kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and soy, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of traces. Carrot Pecan, Burnt Almond, Pistachio, Dubai Chocolate and roasted-almond items contain nuts. If an allergy is severe or life-threatening, call us at (408) 266-2253 before ordering. We are not responsible for reactions where the allergy was not disclosed in advance.

5. Non-edible decorations and supports ⚠️ Decorated and tiered cakes are built with parts that are not food and must never be eaten. They must be removed before the cake is cut and served. These commonly include:

• Wooden sticks, skewers and toothpicks
• Plastic dowels, cake plates and boards
• Styrofoam forms, balls and dummy tiers
• Hot glue
• Floral wire, ribbon, fresh flowers and non-edible toppers

These are a choking and injury hazard, especially for young children. An adult must remove every non-edible item and check each slice before serving. Once your order has been picked up or delivered, removing them is the customer's responsibility. If you are not sure what is edible, ask us before you cut the cake.

6. Handmade means some variation Reference images are inspiration, not blueprints. Our decorators may adjust colors, placement, sizing and fonts, and we do not offer exact matches or exact color matching. Every cake is one of a kind.

7. Pickup & delivery Please inspect your order (design, color, spelling, appearance) before you leave. Once an order has been picked up or delivered we cannot address concerns about design or appearance. If someone else is collecting for you, they are approving the order on your behalf. Customer-supplied toppers or items must be dropped off at least 24 hours ahead. Delivery is $60 base plus $3 per mile, up to 40 miles.

8. Transport & storage Keep your cake at or below 72°F and transport it flat and level. We are not responsible for damage that happens after pickup or delivery.

9. If something is wrong Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may ask for clear photos and, where reasonable, the remaining product. Refunds, replacements or credit are at the bakery's discretion.
